My name is Lisa Morgan Mosley. I am a certified Business & Career Growth Coach trained by The Coach Training Academy (TCTA). I help established business owners and sales professionals grow their revenue by 20+%. Market planning realizes this and understanding what business metrics are suggesting. I take a deep dive into the perceived obstacles of strategic selling. Regardless of one’s personality or behavior style, I coach professionals on how to partner and align with anyone to WIN business and get raving fans and referrals.
I am a seasoned business leader with more than 25 years of experience enhancing corporate performance with many fortune 500 organizations. Throughout my career, I have successfully developed operating procedures and sales strategies that capitalized on the company’s objectives. I monitored daily sales and profit and loss reports to make adjustments necessary to deliver planned goals. I am focused on increasing profits and building the customer base while improving productivity and brand recognition at a national level.
Coaching Certification Selections
I realized several years ago that I enjoyed working with professionals that wanted to make a significant impact on their business. I knew I needed professional training on how to “coach” verses consulting.
Four years ago, I enrolled into a coaching school (now defunct) that did not prepare me for success. While I completed the program, I was disappointed with the outcome and the lack of support. In hindsight, it’s obvious that I had not sufficiently researched enough about this organization and jumped-in with high expectations.
I later learned that an acquaintance successfully achieved her certification with The Coach Training Academy (TCTA) and she had nothing but praise and accolades for the school and the instructors. She seemed to be on a productive track and knew exactly what to do before, during and after her sessions with her clients. I was envious that she had it so together! I asked for the link to TCTA, and I registered straight away, and I have never looked back in this partnership.
My learning experience with TCTA was fantastic! I received “crib-notes” (that I created workbooks with) to keep me engaged with my learning and to use as reference material after graduation. The Chief Learning Officer, Dr. Randin Brons held weekly powerful training sessions that were highly engaging. I particularly appreciated the course material challenges that included preparing a business plan to help you execute your business after graduation. An additional challenge was to pair-up class mates to practice the execution of coaching sessions with Master Coach, Steven Kiges, and Mentor Coach, Lori Brant. They offered feedback on what I did well and my areas of opportunity. Upon graduation, I still have the appreciation and support of TCTA!
The Current State of Affairs
I’ve recently begun my business and career growth coaching business, and I am also launching a self-help book titled “Expressions of Empowerment.” In my experience, everyone must become empowered to achieve their goals and dreams whatever they may be!

Lisa Morgan Mosley is a Business & Career Growth Coach. She is a seasoned business leader with more than 25 years of experience enhancing corporate performance. Lisa’s most recent position was as a Business Sales Manager for Apple Inc., where she consistently exceeded Apple’s high standard for total customer satisfaction while engaging with companies seeking to optimize efficiency through innovative cloud-based services and mobile technology platforms. She consistently outperformed year-over-year sales forecasts, developed leadership training material, managed a team of business sales specialists and oversaw daily B2B outbound sales strategies, and expertly trained employees in business development.
Prior to her time at Apple, she was the National Sales Director for Jafra Cosmetics, where she managed the U.S. sales team — 5,000 independent contractors and five Regional Sales managers. As Division Sales Manager for Avon Products, Lisa managed three sales divisions located in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia — each division averaged annual net sales of over $35 million. As Director of Global Accounts for AT&T Wireless, she supervised profit and loss accountability and strategically planned sales strategies and procedures, successfully delivering more than $200 million in sales volume from Fortune 500 companies, including UPS and Delta Air Lines. She also developed curriculum and taught Sales and Marketing Research at Gwinnett Technical College.
Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and she is a graduate of the Coach Training Academy. She is a Certified Business and Career Coach with Certified Coaches Alliance, also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
