In North America alone there are over 100 coach training schools with a diverse selection of coach training programs and specialties. If we looked worldwide this number would be in the hundreds. However, very few of these schools have International Coach Federation (ICF) approved curriculum. The ICF is the worldwide coaching organization that sets the standards of education and ethical guidelines for coach training.
So why don’t all coaching schools get ICF accreditation? It’s a simple answer, because it is not easy. The process involves a long, laborious analysis by the ICF. Followed by curriculum changes and amendments before the ICF board will grant accreditation.
Many schools not up to the task are rejected by the ICF.

Certified Success Coach Training Programs (24 weeks)
The Coach Training Academy’s Success Coaching program contains 24 independent modules that are delivered over telephone conference call over 24 weeks.
This is an in depth accelerated course with 60 approved learning hours through the International Coach Federation.
In addition to providing a curriculum based on the eleven (11) Core Coaching Competencies and Ethical Standards the program will assist you in developing a greater sense of self and confidence. Coaching will become a natural part of you as a person and how you relate to the world.
This is a complete A – Z certification training that covers coaching skills, business setup and marketing.
2 Day Fast Track Certification
The Coach Training Academy’s 2-Day Fast Track Program is designed for motivated individuals that want a fast paced, turn-key certified coaching model that will allow them to hit the ground running.
Upon completion of the 2-Day fast track you will possess the tools to effectively move your clients from self limiting mind sets or unfulfilled goals to achieve the life they dream about.
Whether your coaching focus will be providing heart based life coaching to individuals or professional coaching to businesses, corporations and non-profit organizations, The Coach Training Academy will provide you with the knowledge, tools and confidence to succeed.
This course is accredited by the ICF, The International Coaching Federation for 12 CEU credits. Live training is presented webinar software. It is also offered as a live, in person event from time to time. In addition we often schedule private corporate and institutional trainings.
