The Executive Coaching Certification program is designed for professionals looking for top-level skills working with managers, executives, corporate leaders, team leaders, and anyone needing advanced skills working with peak-performance professionals. The International Coaching Federation approves our Executive Coaching program and earns graduates 33 ICF Level 1 / 2 coaching hours that can applied to those applying for ICF ACC, PCC,and MCC certifications. It comprises eight ninety-minute live ICF instructor-led, interactive virtual classes over Zoom.

The Path To Becoming A Top-Tier Professional Executive Coach
While most people have some basic coaching skills the path to being a top-tier peak performance coach starts by enrolling in a top ICF-accredited coach training program. The Coach Training Academy offers different options but the most effective way to guarantee you have the strongest skills and confidence is to enrol in our core 24-week Coaching Success Program plus the ICF Professional Mentor Program. These can be taken concurrently.Graduates then enrol in the ICF-accredited professional Executive program.
An important benefit in addition to becoming a superior coach is that you will earn enough training hours to qualify for an ACC or PCC credential with the International Coach Federation(ICF). An ICF-accredited school is considered the gold standard for coach training plus an ICF-certified coach is recognized as having achieved the highest certification available in the world.

What Makes An ICF Certification Special?

Knowledge Assessment Exam
The final step is to complete either an online or in-person exam to indicate a thorough knowledge of the ICF core competencies and code of ethics.
How much do ICF certified executive coaches earn?
Generally, high-level professional coaches earn much more than the traditional life coach,wellness coach, health coach etc…. Fees for a startup executive coach is $250 per hour which can quickly increase to $500 depending on who you are offering coaching services to. While not common, some coaches will reach the one million dollar level in billable hours.
Executive coaches are generally hired in three-month to one-year contracts. However, this can vary widely with some on retainer and some brought into organizations as employees.More and more organizations seeing the value of coaching are now adding full-time coaching departments to support their goals.
What is the investment to become an ICF Certified Coach?
As there are several paths depending on one's timeline and budget so it depends on the student.
A general guide is between $2,000 to $3,000 with optional payment plans between $200 - $250 per month.
